FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

  • Where are we located? We are conveniently located in the Jamboree Plaza at: 2965 Edinger Ave., Tustin, CA 92780. *See our map.
  • How do I make an appointment? Simply call (949) 936-0055 or e-mail us.

 

  • Is there an appointment fee?  When you call to schedule an appointment we will gladly explain the costs involved in caring for your pet's condition.

 

  • Do you treat cancer?  We provide surgery for cancer patients and work closely with the oncologists at the Veterinary Cancer Group.

 

  • Are the doctors available to speak?  Yes. During your scheduled appointment the doctor will discuss any questions or concerns.  Our doctors are available to discuss any questions regarding your hospitalized pet. 

 

  • Do you offer a payment plan? Yes, CareCredit.  CareCredit gives you convenient payment options so your pet can get the surgery they need. The application process is quick including an instant credit approval process. You can discuss payment arrangements when you schedule your appointment.  Visit our "Financing" page or  click on this link  for additional information or to apply.

 

  • Can my pet have food or water before their appointment?  Many patients require sedation for diagnostic procedures.  For that reason, food should be withheld after 9:00 p.m. the evening prior to your scheduled appointment. 

 

  • Do you have a specialist for a particular type of surgery? Our surgeons are board certified in surgery and are equally qualified to perform both soft tissue and orthopedic procedures.  Each of our surgeons have special interests in particular cases, and these cases are directed to a particular surgeon by our reception staff.
