If you need extended time to pay, we recommend opting for the extended payment plan, offered at a 9.9% interest rate with 1/30th of the balance due monthly. |

To apply on-line for the Wells Fargo Health Advantage card click on this link. Within minutes of receiving your application, a line of credit is granted to qualified applicants. Charges incurred for your pet's medical treatment can then be charged to your new Wells Fargo account. |

Simply pay your minimum monthly payment and pay off the entire balance by the end of your promotional period and you pay No interest. If you need more time to pay for your procedure, you can take advantage of their extended payment plans with low, fixed interest rates. |
