Who We Are
Veterinary Surgical Specialists (VSSOC) is one of Southern California’s most progressive surgery practices. At VSSOC, experience and expertise, combined with empathy and compassion, have been at the forefront of our practice since 1990.
Our Hospital
Located in Tustin, CA, we were one of the first to receive the Accredited Referral Practice designation by the American Hospital Association. We work hard to ensure that we maintain that accreditation for years to come.
We operate in technologically sophisticated surgical suites and use the most advanced equipment available. Due to our location and specialist affiliations, we have a unique level of access to veterinary colleagues in internal medicine, dentistry, oncology, among others when needed. Our ultra-modern practice is a warm environment that combines compassionate care with leading-edge technology.

Our board-certified veterinary surgeons have trained at some of the most prestigious veterinary teaching hospitals in the country. With our renowned team of natural leaders, we foster a collaborative work environment in which everyone is encouraged to consult with and learn from one another on cases. In addition, our proximity to and relationships with other specialists allow our team to provide the most comprehensive level of care and further develop their expertise with each case.

The American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) is the only organization that accredits veterinary practices in the United States and Canada.
