Mary

Hello Dr. C,

“We are just writing to thank you and tell you how much we appreciate you and your work. Not just with our baby girl but with all the furry children that you give hope to. Mary will always be a part of our family and we will always be thankful for the love the compassion and support we found with you. You were always honest and gave us all you had for our girl.  I am sure you get a million emails about how thankful people are for you and your services, but I just want you to know personally how thankful we are for your kindness and dedication. Aron and I will never forget you or your staff at VSSOC that gave us the 3 good months we had with Mary. She was pain free and happy… And that is the only thing that is important. I just want you to know that we know you did more than anyone else could or would have and that we truly and honestly appreciate you and all you do. I really feel like you are a blessing to us and all the lives you touch. I don’t know how we could ever repay you for the love, compassion and hope that you and your staff gave us. You were all with us til the end… God bless you and your staff at vssoc.”

We are truly thankful.

With love,

~Mary (in spirit) , Mary and Aron

Rosie

Hi Dr. Sebestyen and Team,

“I wanted to send you an update from Rosie Koehler .(German Shepherd) She was a patient of you and you did give her and us a new life. Almost a year ago, she got a total hip replacement at your office. We have been back to Germany for a couple of month and after an enjoyable and strong winter (we loved it) she started to swim a few days ago. Sometimes, I look at her and can not believe how successful the surgery went. To me, it’s like a miracle!!! She lives only in the present (forgot about the surgery) and has so much fun and energy like a puppy again. I would love to send you an update from time to time…. because you have given us a happy dog again. I wish you a nice day and enjoy the video.”

Have a nice day,

~Sabine, Barny, and little Rosie

Claude

“I wanted to share some photos of our walk with Claude this morning, his 13th birthday. Paul and I are very proud of him and thrilled that he is still with us, 1 year post larynx surgery and doing so well. We are thankful for each healthy day. Claude still enjoys his walks in the hills and along the river trail in San Juan Capistrano. We have a new friend in the neighborhood, Buttercup, a 10-year old Golden Retriever who walks with us in the mornings and is a good companion to Claude (and owner, Linda, is a good companion to me!).”

“We are truly thankful to Dr. Cambridge, whose surgical skills gave Claude a new lease on life last February. One year ago today, Claude was released from the hospital after larynx surgery and subsequent aspiration pneumonia. He was in bad shape, but came back around and now breathes quietly and effortlessly. I did not think we’d be here today celebrating his 13th birthday, so I am amazed and very grateful. We are very thankful to our wonderful vet, Dr. Coward who continues to keep Claude healthy with his advice on the best supplements and food choices. It takes a village to raise a dog!”

Go Claude!

Meenie

Dear Dr. Craig,

“I have finally found a moment to take the time to thank you so very much for all your efforts in helping with Meenie! I am sorry it took so long! As you know it goes,Eenie, Meenie, Miney, Mo….We took Meenie and Mo home from the pound about a year before we met you. Meenie and I will never forget that first day when he was injured. He had become a very big part of our lives by then, it was a real blow to our world. I am sure you understand being a cat lover, as you had mentioned. We were sooooooooooooooo lucky to have finally found you and your staff. You are the best veterinary doctor I have ever met, and I have met quite a few.You are the epitome of professionalism. You went above and beyond the call with regards to taking care of our family member. Doing what it took to get the job done, no matter what. I very much appreciate that you did not stop trying to get Meenie in the best shape possible. And that you did not nickel and dime us to death in the process. You were nothing but fair in your treatment of us as you dealt with Meenie. Also having to deal with a customer that is holding a very high expectation. That is how he is now, thanks to you. He is the same attention-seeking, vocal, spoiled rotten fur-ball he ever was. If you would like and it is not a bother, we would be glad to let you see your work, as it is the best!”

Again I hope to one day find a way to show my true appreciation for all you have done.

Thank you!

Sincerely,

~David T. Hughes, CPO

Ledger

To everyone at VSSOC & especially Dr. Cambridge,

“Thank you so much for taking care of Ledger. It’s been 6 months since his palette surgery to close a hole and as you can see he’s doing great! It has been a long road since he was electrocuted at 7 months old. He’s now got a permanent grin on one side that’s adorable and just adds to his charm. His tongue is much shorter and has a lot less teeth but none of that has stopped him. Of course, he doesnt get close to cords anymore! Learned his lesson and I did too! He truely is my little wonder dog! Thank you so much for taking great care of him.”

Luke

Dr. Craig & Staff,

“Sorry it’s taken me so long to get this letter off to you, But we moved to the Poconos in Pennsylvania, got married, bought a house, and have had lots of family to catch up with.

Both of Luke’s surgeries turned out to be wonderfully successful, and the muscle tone in his hind end is bigger and stronger than it’s ever been.

The second surgery was a lot slower to heal, and although we had some concerns at first he has made a full recovery.

As active as we are, hiking, camping and such, we needed Luke to be 100% so he could accompany us in our endeavors, and he’s back on the trails again. We hike just about every day here in the Poconos, along with Luke’s mom, Uma.

I cant thank you enough for your compassionate care you gave to Luke, You made me feel very comfortable leaving him in your care.”

Sonshine

Dr. Craig,

“My wife, Tonia, and I wanted to thank you and your staff for all you’ve done for our baby ‘Sonshine’. In July when she suffered a Fibrocartilaginous Embolism, you were there immediately to help her and comfort us. Your positive attitude helped us look ahead to the plan of action to get her back to normal. With prayer, physical therapy, and a l t of love, ‘Sonshine’ is well on her road to recovery. She even looks forward to entering your facility now since I’m sure she realizes she has friends there.”

Thanks tons,

~Tonia & Marc Denton
